Individual Counselling

Individual counselling is where an individual works one-on-one with a counsellor (psychologist, counsellor, or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker). They can discuss their issues and coping strategies in a welcoming environment.

Our counselling services can help our younger clients navigate through life's difficulties, whether is be stress related to academic pressures, social difficulties, social anxiety, and more! Being a kid these days is hard. Therapy focuses on understanding the stressors and optimising coping strategies and supports for wrap-around care.

Relationships can be filled with many hurdles. Learn how to deal with them and connect better with your partner with couples counselling.

Anxiety and Depression Counselling

Feelings of sadness and anxiety are common. However, if they start to take over your life, you should seek counselling.

An Employee Assisted Program (EAP) is designed to assist employees with work-related and personal problems. These issues may impact their emotional well-being and job performance.

Examples of therapeutic interventions regularly utilised by our team include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Schema Therapy,  Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy (just to name a few!)
